Costs, insurance and lab tests.
Is medicine included in the plan?
Yes, if your doctor prescribes it. Each plan includes the doses listed, dispensed on your doctor's prescription by a licensed partner pharmacy. Medicine is prescribed only if your doctor decides it is safe and right for you, after your assessment and blood tests.
What happens if the doctor decides medicine is not right for me?
Your plan continues without medicine, with your doctor consultations, coaching, nutrition, fitness and tracking. Your care coordinator will explain how this affects your plan's price.
Which medicine will I get, and at what dose?
Your doctor decides whether a medicine such as semaglutide or tirzepatide is suitable for you, and at what dose. Doses usually start low and are increased gradually, based on how you respond and on your blood tests.
Is my plan covered by health insurance?
Most health insurance in India covers hospital stays rather than outpatient programs like ours. Some policies with outpatient (OPD) cover may reimburse consultations, lab tests or medicines. We provide itemised invoices and prescriptions, so please check with your insurer what your policy covers.
Do I need blood tests before I start?
Yes. Your doctor needs baseline blood tests before deciding what is safe for you. They usually cover blood sugar (including HbA1c), cholesterol, thyroid, liver and kidney function, and some vitamins. Your care coordinator will tell you which tests your plan includes.
Where are the lab tests done, and how often?
At a partner lab near you, or with home sample collection. Your doctor usually repeats key tests every few months, so your plan and any dose can be adjusted safely.
Can I use test reports I already have?
Tell us if you have recent reports. Your doctor will check whether they cover what is needed and are recent enough, so you may not need to repeat every test.
Can I move to a longer plan later?
Yes. Talk to your care coordinator. The terms for changing, cancelling or getting a refund are shared with you clearly before you pay.
